Maternity sessions are best scheduled between 25 and 35 weeks, capturing the beauty of your pregnancy journey. I understand how challenging and costly it can be to find the perfect maternity outfit that fits well and makes you feel radiant. That’s why I’ve partnered with a trusted vendor to provide a curated selection of stunning maternity dresses and gowns for your session. This collaboration ensures you have access to a variety of styles and sizes, allowing you to choose an ensemble that complements your vision and makes you feel confident and beautiful.
We recommend booking about 2-3 month in advance to secure desired date and time.

When is the best time of my pregnancy to schedule in my Maternity session?
I like to schedule your Maternity session between 25 and 36 weeks of pregnancy. If you're expecting 2+, best to shoot a little earlier (month 6 or 7.) By this stage your baby belly will have that gorgeous round shape, perfect for beautiful looking photographs. After the 36th week, most mum to be’s tend to feel uncomfortable and fatigued during their session so it is a matter of finding the right balance for you.
What should I wear? Do you offer a client wardrobe?
Yes! I have about several dresses, that are handpicked and work beautifully for your maternity session! These dresses work with the style and light of my style of photography. You may also wear a dress you purchase or rent yourself, but please note that I will provide suggestions of color and style as the clothing you choose to wear for your session will make a difference in the final product!
How long do maternity sessions last?
Maternity sessions take about 1 hour in total. This includes the time to choose wardrobe, and change outfits.
Can my husband/family join?
Absolutely!
What should they wear?
An e-mail or text message with wardrobe suggestions for what family members will be sent after booking - and about 1 month before the session to ensure enough time to gather clothing for the session!
What about hair and make-up?
Investing in hair and makeup is suggested but not mandatory! Whether you choose to hire an artist or do yourself, I ask that hair and make-up be ready and done by the time we start the session. We have hair and makeup artist available for additional charge.
When will we get to see our pictures from a session?
Your edited, watermarked images from your session will be presented in a private online gallery approximately 3 weeks after your session date. They will be ready for viewing and purchasing of a collection. You can choose which digital collection you want after seeing your gallery.
Can we purchase print products?
Yes! After purchasing digital images, you’ll have the option to purchase prints through my trusted photo lab (You will be able to print the images you have purchased.) I highly recommend this as the colors are consistent, and quality is flawless.
